Whistleblower
Whistleblowing function
We strive for an open and transparent organization where irregularities should not occur. Through our whistleblowing function, there is an opportunity to report suspicions of serious misconduct in a safe and secure manner.
The whistleblowing function is an important part of our work to uphold good ethics and compliance with laws and regulations.
What can be reported?
The whistleblowing function can be used to report suspicions of serious misconduct where there is a public interest in bringing them to light.
This may include, for example:
· Criminal acts (e.g. bribery, fraud, theft)
· Serious violations of laws and regulations
· Irregularities in the business
· Serious deficiencies affecting life, health, or safety
The whistleblowing function is not intended for general opinions, complaints, or HR matters. Such issues should primarily be handled through regular communication channels, such as a manager or HR.
Who can report?
The whistleblowing function can be used by:
· Employees
· Former employees
· Consultants and contractors
· Interns
· Job applicants and candidates
