As registered in Qrios´ candidate network, you should always feel confident in how we process the personal information you provide to us. In the following Privacy Policy, you can read more about your rights as registered with and how we process your personal data.

Personal data we collect and for what purpose
We process your personal data for the purpose of recruitment, administration of your application and to inform you about the progress of the recruitment process, under the legal basis of consent.
When you apply for a position at Qrios, or when you register a CV with us, we ask that you provide a number of details about yourself in order for us to be able to process your data in our candidate database. In order for Qrios to offer suitable positions for you, based on your consent, we process the following information including, but not limited to, your name, e-mail address and also personal information shared with us through CV documents and other application documents, including, but not limited to contact information, social security number, information about educations, information about date of birth, gender. We may also request more information from you in order to process your application for work, such as references, information regarding skills, or professional credentials if applicable.

Sharing of your personal data
At certain times, we may share your personal information with external parties. These can either be our customers, i.e., our clients, with whom we share your information in the recruitment processes, or third-party suppliers that we contract to perform services on our behalf, such as IT suppliers. If we share your information with an external party, it is always only for such purposes for which we have collected the information from the beginning. When we hire external parties, Qrios is responsible for ensuring that the hired party also process your information in a correct and secure manner. Something that we ensure through agreements with suppliers.
We may also need to share your information with authorities who may, by legal requirement, request that we provide them with certain information.
Transfer to third countries
Qrios strives to avoid, as far as possible, the transfer of data to a country or company located outside the EU / EEA area. Should there still be such a need for transfer, Qrios will take appropriate safeguards to best ensure that our candidates’ personal data is protected.
For how long do we keep your data?
In order to fulfill our obligations to you, Qrios will save your personal data for three (3) years after you give your consent, or until you choose to revoke your consent.
In good time before these three years have passed, we will remind you and give you the opportunity to give a new consent to remain in our candidate database, so we have the opportunity to continue to offer you interesting assignments with us.
Please note that Qrios may need to store information about you for more than three years insofar as we are required to do so by law, regulation, or government decision.
Your rights
As registered with Qrios, you have a number of rights regarding your personal data that we collect and process. You have the right to:

The right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority
If you are in any way dissatisfied with how Qrios process your information, you have the right to submit your complaints to the Swedish Data Protection Authority (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
